Batch Release: Team Reports Preview and Enhancements

Team Reports Preview

We have added a Team Reports page.  For now, users may request access. This will send a message to our account managers, who will then contact you to follow-up via email.  Our reporting app will soon be available here in-application for users who have reporting included in their plan. 

Custom Fields in Table View

You can now view, sort, and filter custom fields for both Contacts and Transactions. These fields are viewable by default, but can be toggled off.  You can also sort by custom field columns and apply filters using custom fields.

CSV Uploads - Enhancements

You can now map custom fields via CSV for both Contact and Transaction Uploads. You can also map the primary contact’s Home Email, Work Email, Home Phone, and Work Phone, as well as Email and SMS Opt Out. The CSV upload wizard looks a little different as we have upgraded to a newer version.

My Workspace - Cross Team Tasks

Task management in Aidium just got easier. If you have tasks on multiple teams, you can now view all your tasks in one place. How? A new section has been added to the left navigation: My Workspace.  Tasks have been moved from the Team navigation here — simply click “Tasks”.  For more details, check out our Knowledge Base Article 

User Custom Fields 

Want to pull your user data into communications? Now it’s easy to create custom user fields, so you can add your social links, calendar link and more right into your messages. Just go to Enterprise Automations Management, then User Custom Fields.  These user fields will be added for all users on the enterprise on the User Profile page.

Note: A user on multiple enterprises will have separate custom user fields based on the enterprise they are currently in.

Duplicate Automations

Enterprise Integration Settings

Filter by Multiple Statuses

All Time Automation History

Do you ever have a question that you need answered right away?  We’re happy to introduce our in-app support chat.  Go to “Chat with Support” from your user menu.  Depending on your selection on the initial prompt, we will guide you to the right resource, or open up a live chat with someone from our support team to get you help right away!

Batch Release: Subscription Management and DMARC for Custom Email Domains

Subscription Management (SMS and Email Opt-out)

Do your customers prefer Emails or Texts?  With our new Subscription Management feature, you can set communication preferences for all your contacts.  What’s more, these preferences will automatically be updated if a contact unsubscribes from emails or opts out of receiving texts.  Visit our Knowledge Base Article for details.

DMARC for Custom Email Domains

Enterprises using their own email domain can now set up DMARC (in addition to SPF and DKIM email authentication) to ensure their emails are being delivered and not marked as spam with the recent Gmail and Yahoo changes that became effective on February 1st.

Enterprise Controlled Custom Fields

Are you a CRM Admin?  We’re making it easy to keep custom fields consistent across all teams.  Using our Enterprise Automation Management (EAM) feature, you can now create custom fields that are automatically propagated to all teams on your enterprise.  These are locked in for teams, so no need to worry about a rouge member changing the configuration or deleting one.

Automations - Exit without Saving

Haven’t we all experienced the heartbreak of closing a file or hitting the back button by mistake, and losing the last 20 minutes of progress? To protect you, we’ve added a safeguard that prevents this. If there are any unsaved changes when you exit the Automation Builder, we’ll ask if you want to keep them.
